Any consultation or quote provided is non-binding until a written service agreement is signed by both parties. Pricing, scope of work, and terms of service will be defined in the agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate site information and access required to deliver services. Grit Security is not liable for any delays or service limitations caused by incomplete or misleading client input.

6. Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in each individual contract. Invoices are payable within the agreed period; late payments may incur interest or suspension of service.

7. Cancellations & Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement in writing under the terms defined in the contract. Early termination fees may apply if noted in the agreement.
