The owner is very hands on and checks in on clients to make sure all expectations and requirements are fulfilled and are satisfied with their service. They're professional from dealing with transient people, to writing reports to dealing with building managers. We had them take over the sites completely with no complaints and problems since they have come on board. I would highly recommend them, without any hesitation.
